CDC re did our pool a couple of years ago.They did a great job and timely.
However I don't know now if the CDC is having issues or not. No one answers their phones and after leaving 6 messages, no call backs. My husband and I are small business owners and it is our Company policy that all phones be answered "live". I hate voicemails and the message "if you know your party extension, please dial it now" If no one answers, how would you know their extension?
Very disappointed in lack of courtesy.
We have recommended CDC to others and now it may be a reflection on us.J Jenks
